Peplum Skirt

Peplum skirts(dresses) love them or hate them...but they are on trend( Elle UK had a good article about them in their Aug issue) Im kind of neutral towards them, which means Ive seen good ones & Ive seen bad ones.The fact that Ive this skirt for about a year & Ive just worn it few times says everything, which doesn`t mean that if I spot another nice catchy peplum( maybe a dress next time:) I wont buy it.
